CSF Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer – Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91)

OVERVIEW

The CSF #8200S Thermal Rejection Competition Charge-Air Manifold Spacer is an upgrade for the CSF Gen 2 B58 "Super Manifold" (#8200) on the B58-powered A90/A91 Toyota GR Supra. It sits between the cylinder head and the intake manifold and acts as a thermal barrier, reducing heat transfer into the manifold to lower manifold temperatures, intake air temperatures and heat soak, and to improve charge-air cooler efficiency.

The spacer is machined from KIYLEX, a patented high-performance polymer that CSF states is as strong as aluminum. CSF highlights it for drag and roll racing, where cars idle in staging lanes with little airflow over the front-mount heat exchanger and starting IATs climb on later runs. It is self-sealing, so no gaskets, silicone or sealants are needed.

Additional Parts Required

• CSF Gen 2 B58 charge-air cooler manifold #8200 (required): CSF Charge-Air Cooler Manifold – Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91). The spacer does not work with the OEM manifold.
• The CSF Race X Charge-Air Cooler Manifold – Toyota GR Supra (#8400) already includes a KIYLEX thermal rejection spacer.

Installation

• CSF does not publish a downloadable installation PDF for this part. Printed installation instructions are supplied in the box.
• Installs between the cylinder head and the CSF #8200 manifold using the included hardware; no gaskets or sealants are used.
