Dinan Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust – BMW M3 (E90/E92/E93)

OVERVIEW

Most performance exhaust systems compromise either flow or sound quality trying to balance the two. Dinan's Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust attacks that problem with a Helmholtz chamber and single-channel absorption, increasing flow while reducing unwanted noise and weight — the single-channel dual exhaust is a full 10 lbs lighter than the stock BMW part, sporty at wide-open throttle when you want it and quiet at light throttle cruise, consistent with Dinan's "Performance Without Sacrifice" philosophy.

Built from 100% 20 gauge 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion, the system is backed by Dinan's factory matching new car warranty and reflects Dinan's racing pedigree — back-to-back-to-back Rolex Series Daytona Prototype championships in 2010, 2011 and 2012, the top two podium spots in 2011, and a 2013 win at the 24 Hours of Daytona as engine supplier to Chip Ganassi Racing.

Additional Parts Required

• None. Dinan specifies no additional hardware for this part — the mufflers hang from the factory brackets and hangers and the required fasteners, including the E93-specific spacers, are supplied in the kit.
• Installer-supplied tools: vehicle lift or jack stands, standard metric hand tools and penetrating oil for the factory exhaust hardware.
