Evolution Racewerks 4" Downpipe – BMW 535i (F10, N55)

OVERVIEW

The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series 4" Race Downpipe is built for the 2011 and later F10 535i and F12/F13 640i with the N55 single-turbo six cylinder engine.

Removing the restriction of the factory downpipe lets the turbocharger breathe, and Evolution Racewerks states the result is better throttle response and faster spool-up. The pipe is mandrel bent in 4" tubing for a smooth transition into the rest of the exhaust and carries a factory-style stainless steel flex section so the exhaust can move naturally with the drivetrain.

Every downpipe is fabricated from 304 stainless steel, fully TIG welded in house and finished with a precision CNC machined V-band turbocharger flange. Evolution Racewerks also offers a high flow 200 cell metallic catted version of this downpipe.
