Evolution Racewerks Sports Series 4" High Flow Catted Downpipe – BMW N55 (F10 / F06 / F12 / F13 / F01)

OVERVIEW

The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series 4" High Flow Catted Downpipe is built for the 2011 and later F10 535i, F06/F12/F13 640i and F01 740i with the N55 single-turbo six cylinder engine.

It replaces the restrictive factory downpipe and catalytic converter with a high flow 200 cell metallic catalytic converter, and Evolution Racewerks states the result is better throttle response and faster spool-up. The pipe is mandrel bent in 4" tubing for a smooth transition into the rest of the exhaust and carries a factory-style stainless steel flex section so the exhaust can move naturally with the drivetrain.

Every downpipe is fabricated from 304 stainless steel, fully TIG welded in house and finished with a precision CNC machined V-band turbocharger flange.
