Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe – BMW N20 / N26 (F30)

OVERVIEW

The Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe replaces the factory soft plastic charge pipe on the F chassis N20 and N26 four cylinder turbo engine. The stock pipe is prone to breaking under high boost; this one is made entirely from lightweight high grade 6061 aluminium and is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The pipe is throttle body matched at 2.75" and retains the factory style o-ring throttle body lock flange. That flange is precision CNC machined for a leak free connection and makes removal and installation quick, which Evolution Racewerks considers a better solution than the silicone hose and hose clamp connection used by other aftermarket charge pipes. A CNC machined MAP sensor flange keeps that connection sealed, and beaded pipe ends with T-bolt clamps prevent the intercooler piping from blowing off under boost.

Evolution Racewerks states the pipe increases throttle response and decreases turbo lag, and it remains compatible with the factory electronic diverter valve.
