Evolution Racewerks Sports Series High Flow Catted Primary Downpipe – BMW M5 / M8 (F90 / F92 / F93, S63M)

OVERVIEW

Evolution Racewerks Sports Series high flow catted primary downpipe for the BMW M5 (F90) and M8 (F92/F93) with the S63M twin-turbo V8. The S63M runs four catalytic converters, two primary and two secondary; this part replaces only the primary section with a 200-cell metallic high flow catalytic converter, which flows far better than the factory units. The result is a higher horsepower curve, a stronger and earlier torque curve, sharper throttle response and faster turbo spool. Pair it with the factory or aftermarket secondary downpipes.

• Mandrel bent 3" piping
• 100% 304 stainless steel construction, 100% TIG welded
• CNC machined billet stainless turbo V-band flange duplicating the factory 3.5" V-band
• CNC machined stainless O2 sensor mount and laser cut brackets; O2 sensor stays in the factory location
• Bolt-on installation
• Primary downpipe section only
• Finish options: Brush, Mirror Polish, or black Ceramic Thermal Coating (rated to 2000°F; reduces underhood temperatures and adds corrosion resistance)
• Works with factory or aftermarket secondary downpipes and exhaust systems
