H&R Sport Spring Kit – BMW M3 Sedan (F80)

OVERVIEW

H&R Sport Springs are the best-selling performance street spring for BMW, and replacing the factory springs is one of the first steps in suspension tuning. Lowering the center of gravity reduces body roll and improves handling and chassis balance, while giving the F80 M3 an aggressive but driveway-friendly stance.

The progressive spring rates are increased 10–20% over stock, so the car stays comfortable during normal driving yet stiffens up for proper chassis composure when the road gets twisty. This kit drops the front approximately 1.3" and the rear approximately 0.8", and it fits M3 Sedans with the Adaptive M Suspension, including cars with the Competition Package.

H&R springs are made from a special 54SiCr6 spring steel and shot-peened to increase service life by more than 200%, so they are more durable than ordinary coil springs and will not settle or sag. All production is completed in-house, and every spring is 100% tested before it leaves the ISO9001-certified facility in Germany.
