Pure Turbos Pure650 Turbo Upgrade – Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91)

OVERVIEW

The Pure650 is Pure Turbos' OEM-based turbo upgrade for the B58 engine in the Toyota GR Supra (A90 / A91). Pure rebuilds the factory B58 turbocharger with a billet compressor wheel, a high-flow turbine wheel and an upgraded center housing rotating assembly (CHRA), while keeping the OEM housing for a factory-like installation. Pure Turbos rates the upgrade as 600+ whp capable, with results depending on fuel and supporting modifications.

This is a core-exchange upgrade, offered for both 6-Port and 2-Port manifold cars. Choose whether to send your factory turbo to Pure first, or pay a refundable core deposit and return your core after your upgraded turbo arrives.

Additional Parts Required

• Custom ECU tune: mandatory per Pure Turbos, for engine safety and to reach the rated power. Tuning options we stock: MHD Super License – Toyota GR Supra (B58), Bootmod3 B58 Tune – Toyota GR Supra, JB4 Tuner – Toyota GR Supra.
• Turbo gaskets, O-rings, oil and coolant line seals: single-use items that should be replaced during installation; not supplied by Pure Turbos.
• Supporting fuel system: needed at higher power levels, for example an E85 blend with a flex-fuel kit such as the Fuel-It Bluetooth Flex Fuel Kit – Toyota GR Supra (B48/B58) or the MHD FlexFuel Kit – BMW G-Series / Toyota GR Supra. Confirm your fueling before ordering; we can advise.

Installation

• Pure Turbos does not publish installation instructions or videos for this upgrade; professional installation is recommended.
• Pure Turbos pre-lube and break-in procedure: Pure Turbos FAQ.
• Pure Turbos core return sheet (PDF): pure-turbos-core-return-sheet.pdf. Print it, fill it in and include it with your core.
• Before sending your core to Pure, remove all accessories and hardware from it (oil lines, coolant lines, actuators, inlets and similar). Pure discards anything that is not part of the core unit.

Notes

• Send-in option: lead time starts once Pure receives your turbo.
• Core deposit option: the $1,500 deposit is refunded once your factory turbo is returned to Pure within 60 days of receiving your upgrade.
• Choose the manifold type that matches your car: 6-Port or 2-Port. Contact us with your VIN if you are unsure.
• Not a direct fit with Eventuri intake systems. The Pure Turbos Hi-Flow Inlet fits the factory airbox and most aftermarket intakes, but it will not bolt up to an Eventuri intake.
• The Turbo Install Kit option is a Speed Logic add-on; Pure Turbos does not offer an install kit with this turbo.
• Pure Turbos includes a limited 1-year / unlimited-mile warranty.
• Legal notice: these parts are for off-road use only and are legal solely for competition racing vehicles as defined under California law. They are not legal for use on public roads.
• Price is for the turbocharger only; labor is not included.
