OVERVIEW

Tomei's Expreme Ti muffler for the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91) is a full titanium system built around Tomei's own raw titanium material, sourced and processed in-house for consistent quality and weight savings over factory steel. The tailpipe is precision-formed titanium tubing finished with a straight, race-style cut and the EXPREME Ti logo laser-etched into the tip in Tomei's signature titanium gradation blue.

The system uses Tomei's clamp-band coupling instead of a conventional flange-and-bolt joint, which secures the pipe with a fully airtight seal while still tolerating high exhaust heat, load, and vibration. The oversized titanium silencer case is built and welded to Tomei's own TIG-welding quality standards, which the company documents in detail as part of its manufacturing process control.

Two configurations are offered for the GR Supra: Type-R, a single-exit design, and Type-D, a dual-exit design. Choose a configuration above.
