Tomei Expreme Ti Full Titanium Muffler – Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91)

OVERVIEW

Tomei's Expreme Ti muffler for the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91) is a full titanium system built around Tomei's own raw titanium material, sourced and processed in-house for consistent quality and weight savings over factory steel. The tailpipe is precision-formed titanium tubing finished with a straight, race-style cut and the EXPREME Ti logo laser-etched into the tip in Tomei's signature titanium gradation blue.

The system uses Tomei's clamp-band coupling instead of a conventional flange-and-bolt joint, which secures the pipe with a fully airtight seal while still tolerating high exhaust heat, load, and vibration. The oversized titanium silencer case is built and welded to Tomei's own TIG-welding quality standards. An included removable sound reducer gives three volume settings: Standard, Quiet Mode 1 and Quiet Mode 2.

Two configurations are offered for the GR Supra: Type-R, a single-exit design, and Type-D, a dual-exit design. Choose a configuration above.

Additional Parts Required

• None. All hardware needed to install on the GR Supra's factory exhaust is included in the kit.

Installation

• Tools required: general engine tools, torque wrench, factory service manual, hand drill, center drill and Φ6.5mm drill bit, and safety gear
• The factory exhaust valve is not used; disconnect its connector and secure the harness away from heat and moving parts
• Quiet Mode 1 uses the tip's pre-drilled hole; Quiet Mode 2 requires drilling two additional Φ6.5mm holes in each tip to secure the sound reducer (shown in the instructions)
• Do not drive at high speed with the sound reducer installed, and only fit or remove it when the exhaust is cold
• Apply the included Bolt Smooth Paste to fasteners exposed to high heat
• Tomei recommends checking engine/ECU calibration after installation
