Turbosmart GenV Race Port BOV (Black) – BMW N54

OVERVIEW

The Turbosmart GenV Race Port is a compact, lightweight blow-off valve built for competition-level turbocharged engines. Turbosmart's collar design and internal flow structures make it 50% lighter and 25% smaller than comparable valves while flowing 330 CFM, which Turbosmart claims makes it the highest-flowing valve of its type on the market.

This is the black version machined for a competitor-style 50 mm female flange — in other words, it bolts onto a TiAL-pattern flange. No weld flange is supplied with this part number.

Additional Parts Required

• A charge pipe with a 50 mm female (TiAL-pattern) BOV flange. No weld flange is included with this valve — see the SPEED LOGIC Chargepipe Upgrade Kit w/ Turbosmart Raceport BOV, which is also sold as a chargepipe-only option.
• Vacuum signal line taken from a source downstream of the throttle body, connected to the supplied 1/8 NPT fitting.
• Alternative Turbosmart springs are available if your boost or vacuum levels fall outside the -18 to -14 inHg range of the fitted blue spring.

• The GenV Race Port is a universal valve: it fits any charge pipe carrying a 50 mm female (TiAL-pattern) flange, so exact chassis and year coverage depends on the charge pipe you run. Confirm fitment with Speed Logic before ordering.
