Speed Logic Charge Pipe Kit w/ Turbosmart BOV – BMW 135i / 1M / 335i / 535i (N54)

OVERVIEW

This Speed Logic aluminum chargepipe for the N54 is built with a Turbosmart Raceport blow-off valve flange, so you can run a Raceport BOV and get the sound your turbo setup deserves while replacing the failure-prone plastic OEM chargepipe - the stock pipe is known to let go at 15 psi and above, including on tuned cars. The pipe is 3.0" T6-6061 aluminum with CNC billet flanges designed and optimized for flow, TIG hand welded and backpurged with argon, finished in stealth wrinkle black, and it carries two plugged 1/8" NPT bungs for methanol, a Hobbs switch or sensors. All required hardware to replace the factory pipe is included, along with the vacuum line from the intake manifold to the BOV, and custom powder coating is available at additional cost.

Additional Parts Required

• A Turbosmart Raceport blow-off valve is required to run this pipe and is only included if you select the optional BOV at checkout: Turbosmart GenV Race Port BOV (Black) with female flange for BMW N54.
• All other hardware needed to replace the factory chargepipe - coupler, T-bolt clamps, TMAP sensor bolts and the BOV vacuum line - is supplied in the box.
• Optional: a tune to take advantage of the added flow - MHD Super License for N54 Engine or the JB4 Tuner for N54 BMW.

Installation

• No installation document is published for this kit. It is a direct replacement for the factory plastic chargepipe using the supplied coupler and clamps, and our team is available to help if you have questions during the fit.
