TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

None. Dinan specifies no additional hardware. The factory M emblem and grommets must be transferred over from your original engine cover — they are not included with this part.

Installation

Dinan does not publish a downloadable installation PDF for this part; it is a direct swap using the factory mounting points, transferring the M emblem and grommets from the stock cover.

Notes

Gloss and matte are separate part numbers — confirm your finish before ordering.
Dinan's own fitment data does not break this part out by trim or drivetrain — as a bolt-on engine-bay dress-up cover with no drivetrain-specific hardware, it covers the full M3 and M4 lineup (base, Competition, and Competition xDrive) on the listed chassis. Dinan's published chassis list is G80/G82/G87 only — the G83 M4 Convertible is not listed by Dinan for this part number and is not included here; confirm with Dinan before assuming Convertible fitment.
