Black Market Race B58/S58 Billet Coolant Reservoir

OVERVIEW

The Black Market Race B58/S58 Billet Coolant Reservoir replaces the OEM plastic coolant reservoir with a billet aluminum unit designed to solve several problems with the factory system, including coolant venting onto the front tire that can cause loss of traction — an issue reported by drivers and builders of high-output B58/S58 cars.

Each reservoir includes a 2-bar radiator cap with an overflow line, and can optionally be ordered with a remote overflow tank for trunk mounting. A built-in 1/8" NPT pressure reference port lets most tuning software integrate coolant-pressure-based safeties (for example, triggering limp mode if a head gasket starts to lift and coolant pressure spikes).

Reservoirs are machined from solid billets of 6061 aluminum and assembled with high-temperature, steam-resistant O-rings, and each unit is pressure tested to 150 psi before shipping. They are 100% plug-and-play with OEM coolant lines on the B58/S58 TU (2020+).
