CSF Nitrous Adapter Plugs & Second Fuel Rail Kit – BMW B58 / S58 Billet Manifolds

OVERVIEW

Two CSF accessories for its billet B58 and S58 manifolds. The Nitrous Jet Fitting Adaptor Plugs (#8403) are based on CSF's injector plugs but are internally threaded for a 5/16-24 jet fitting, so nitrous, methanol or water can be injected straight into each runner without a separate nozzle. They fit every CSF B58 and S58 manifold injector bung.

The Second Fuel Rail Kit (#8404) adds a second top-feed rail to the CSF "No Limit" air-to-air manifolds (#8401 B58 and #8402 S58), taking them from six to twelve port injectors for dual port injection. It uses the same -8 ORB fitting as the primary rail and can be run as a return or returnless system.

Additional Parts Required

• A compatible CSF billet manifold. #8404 fits only the CSF "No Limit" Air-to-Air Manifold (#8401/#8402). #8403 also fits the #8200 B58 Gen 2, #8233 S58, #8300 B58 Gen 1 and #8400 Race X manifolds.
• #8403: 5/16-24 jet fittings (e.g. NX 16149 or NX 80019) and the nitrous, methanol or water injection system, sold separately.
• #8404: six port injectors, fuel feed plumbing and a supporting tune, sold separately.

Installation

• CSF does not publish a downloadable installation PDF for these parts. They install into the CSF manifold's injector bungs and fuel rail mounts.
• Installation should be done by an experienced technician familiar with port injection and nitrous/methanol systems.

Notes

• The table below lists the BMW vehicles CSF fits the "No Limit" manifolds to. #8403 also fits any vehicle running one of the other CSF manifolds listed above; check that manifold's listing for its fitment.
• Nitrous, methanol and water injection are intended for off-road and competition use.
