Dorch Stage 3 HPFP Upgrade – BMW N55

OVERVIEW

The DS3 (Dorch Stage 3) is Dorch's highest-flowing N55 high pressure fuel pump, with about 20% more fueling than the Dorch DS25.

Like Dorch's other N55 pumps, it is a 100% plug-and-play OEM-fitment kit: no cutting, no bending and no crimping. It drops straight in with full control from the DME, and all of the stock DME's safety strategies remain in place. Dorch backs it with a lifetime warranty and in-house calibration support.

Additional Parts Required

• Software changes are required to run this pump. With MHD (MHD Super License – N55 F-Series / MHD Super License – N55 E-Series) or BOOTMOD3 (BOOTMOD3 N55 Tune), select the Dorch pump upgrade option when flashing. Otherwise send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for the appropriate WinOLS changes.

Notes

• Starred Dorch fitments (F10/F11, F25/F26, E8x, E9x, E84, E70/E71) apply to 2013 and later cars fitted with the original Bosch HPFP only. This kit is not compatible with 2011–2012 N55 vehicles.
