OVERVIEW
The Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe Kit with TIAL BOV flange replaces the factory diverter valve charge pipe on the 2008–2010 BMW 535i (E60) with the N54 twin-turbo engine. It is built specifically for the E60 535i and comes from the same development work Evolution Racewerks did on its 135i Time Attack race car, where the factory diverter valves could not hold up to high boost.
The kit replaces the diverter valves with a TIAL-pattern blow-off valve flange and uses smooth bends with minimal obstructions to keep charge air velocity up, for better throttle response, less turbo lag and more power potential. Instead of the silicone-hose connection most competitors use, it keeps a factory-style O-ring and C-clip lock flange at the throttle body and a CNC machined MAP sensor flange with the factory O-ring seal, so the connections stay leak-free under boost.
SPECS
- Application-specific design for the E60 535i

- Throttle-body-matched 3" piping
- CNC machined factory-style O-ring throttle body lock flange; pressure tested to 25 PSI
- CNC machined MAP sensor flange using the factory O-ring seal
- Beaded ends and T-bolt clamps keep the piping from blowing off under boost

TECH RESOURCES
Additional Parts Required
- Blow-off valve (required): a blow-off valve is needed. Choose a version with the TiAL Q BOV included (Black, Red, Blue, Purple or Silver), or select "TIAL BOV Flange Only (No BOV)" to use your own valve, such as the TiAL Sport Q 50mm Blow-Off Valve (10 PSI Spring) – BMW N54.
Installation
- Evolution Racewerks does not publish an installation guide or video for this charge pipe.
- Replaces the factory diverter valve charge pipe; reuses the factory throttle body O-ring and C-clip and the factory MAP sensor.
- Contact Speed Logic for installation support or fitment questions.
Notes
- Off-Road Use Only. Not CARB legal.
- Want to keep factory-style diverter valves instead of a blow-off valve? See the Evolution Racewerks Diverter Valve Charge Pipe – BMW 535i (N54).
