Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Primary Downpipe – BMW X5 M / X6 M (F95 / F96, S63M)

OVERVIEW

Evolution Racewerks Competition Series catless primary downpipe for the BMW X5 M (F95) and X6 M (F96) with the S63M twin-turbo V8. The S63M runs four catalytic converters, two primary and two secondary; this part replaces only the primary section, removing the restrictive primary catalysts for a higher horsepower curve, a stronger and earlier torque curve, sharper throttle response and faster turbo spool. Pair it with the factory or aftermarket secondary downpipes, or order the complete set.

• Mandrel bent 3" piping
• 100% 304 stainless steel construction, 100% TIG welded
• CNC machined billet stainless turbo V-band flange duplicating the factory 3.5" V-band
• CNC machined stainless O2 sensor mount and laser cut brackets; O2 sensor stays in the factory location
• Retains the factory donut flange; 100% bolt-on
• Competition Series: catless design for maximum flow
• Primary downpipe section only
• Finish options: Brush, Mirror Polish, or black Ceramic Thermal Coating (rated to 2000°F; reduces underhood temperatures and adds corrosion resistance)
• Works with factory or aftermarket secondary downpipes and exhaust systems
• Made in the USA, manufactured in-house
