OVERVIEW
Evolution Racewerks Sports Series 4-inch high flow catted downpipe for US-spec BMW X1 (F48), X2 (F39) and 2 Series Gran Coupe (F44) with the B46/B48 four-cylinder turbo engine. A 200-cell metallic high flow catalytic converter replaces the restrictive 900-cell ceramic factory unit, and mandrel bent piping with long 4" to 3" transitions improves flow, turbo spool and throttle response.
Evolution Racewerks quotes average gains of 9–11 whp and 15 wtq at stock boost, and over 20 wtq with a software upgrade; results vary by vehicle. The xDrive (AWD) version is a two-piece design that can be removed and installed without disconnecting the driveshaft or lowering the front subframe.
