Evolution Racewerks Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes – BMW M5 (G90, S68)

OVERVIEW

Evolution Racewerks Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes for the S68 twin-turbo V8 in the 2025+ BMW M5 (G90). The S68 uses two primary and two secondary catalytic converters. This complete set replaces the factory primary converters with 200-cell high flow metallic catalytic converters and deletes the secondary converters. The lower cell count means larger cells that exhaust gas passes through far more easily, and the metallic core tolerates higher temperatures than the factory ceramic core, so you gain horsepower, torque and spool while keeping catalytic converters in the system.

Built in-house in the USA from 100% 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent 3" tubing and 100% TIG welds. The 3.5" turbine-housing V-band flange is CNC machined from billet 304 stainless, the O2 sensor bung sits in the factory location and the brackets are laser cut and TIG welded with stainless rod, so installation is 100% bolt-on with no compatibility issues with the factory exhaust or an aftermarket system.
