H&R Sport Lowering Springs – BMW M2 (G87, S58)

OVERVIEW

H&R Sport Springs are the best-selling performance street spring for BMW, and replacing the factory coils is usually the first step in tuning a street car's suspension. Lowering the body reduces the center of gravity and cuts body roll, which improves handling and chassis balance while closing up the fender gap for an aggressive but still driveway-friendly stance. This is H&R's dedicated Sport Spring application for the RWD G87 M2 coupe, built for cars equipped with the factory Adaptive Suspension. BMW offers the G87 M2 as RWD-only, with no xDrive option.

Spring rates are progressive and run 10–20% higher than stock, so the car keeps its ride quality in normal driving and firms up for proper chassis composure when the road turns. Every H&R spring is crafted from H&R's own spring steel and shot-peened for durability, finished with a premium epoxy powder coat, and 100% made and tested in-house at H&R's ISO 9001-certified facility in Germany. Quality assurance is backed by TÜV and ISO 9001 certification, and H&R backs this Sport Spring line with a limited lifetime warranty.
