H&R Street Performance Coilover – BMW M340i RWD Sedan (G20, B58)

OVERVIEW

The H&R Street Performance Coil Over pairs a custom-valved damper with a progressive-rate H&R spring, so damping and spring rate are matched to each other rather than mixed and matched. This kit is built for the rear-wheel-drive G20 M340i sedan without factory adaptive suspension.

A fully threaded shock body lets ride height be set continuously rather than in fixed steps, so the stance can be fine-tuned corner by corner while keeping a comfortable street ride.

• Approx. front lowering range: 1.2 – 2.0"
• Approx. rear lowering range: 1.0 – 2.0"
• Damper: custom-valved mono-tube gas shock, matched to a progressive-rate H&R spring
• Ride height: fully threaded shock body, continuously adjustable
• Springs manufactured in-house by H&R from 54SiCr6 alloy spring steel and shot-peened
• Rear-wheel-drive application only

• Suspension configuration check — confirm your car does not have factory Adaptive Suspension before ordering. This kit is for cars without adaptive suspension (sport suspension included).
• Four-wheel alignment — H&R requires the wheel alignment to be checked and reset any time vehicle ride height is changed.
• Professional installation — H&R states that its suspensions should be installed by professional suspension mechanics only. Improper installation voids the H&R warranty.
• Wheel and tire clearance check — verify clearance at the fender, strut and inner arch at full lock and full compression.
• Installer-supplied tools: torque wrench and standard BMW suspension service tools.
