OVERVIEW
KW Height Adjustable Springs are the simplest way to give an F83 M4 Convertible a lowered stance without stepping up to a full coilover kit. The kit pairs KW springs with threaded collars that work with the factory dampers, delivering a sporty but comfortable ride along with improved handling and a more aggressive look.
On cars fitted with electronic dampers from the factory, the Height Adjustable Spring kit has a real advantage over a full coilover: none of the factory damper functionality is given up in order to lower the car. Combined with KW's quality standards and racing heritage, it is a low-risk way to modify the car.

Additional Parts Required
- None. KW specifies no additional hardware for this kit — the factory dampers are retained.
- A four-wheel alignment is mandatory after installation and after any ride-height change.
- Professional installation is strongly recommended; spring compressors and BMW-specific strut tooling are required.
- Check tire-to-strut and tire-to-fender clearance before driving, particularly with non-OEM wheel and tire sizes.
- Vehicles fitted with ride-height sensors (adaptive headlights, driver-assistance cameras) must have those systems recalibrated after lowering.
