KW Variant 2 Coilovers – BMW X3 (F25) / X4 (F26)

OVERVIEW

KW Variant 2 is the sporty, personalised coilover option with adjustable rebound damping. It is built for the driver who wants to set their own lowering height and then fine-tune the damper behaviour to suit their own use of the car.

The adjustable rebound damper controls the pitch and roll of the vehicle, so the chassis can be adapted to individual driving preferences rather than a fixed factory calibration. This application is for F25 X3 and F26 X4 models factory-equipped with EDC and includes the KW EDC cancellation kit.

Additional Parts Required

• Four-wheel alignment — mandatory after installation and after any change in ride height.
• Professional installation — KW specifies fitment by a qualified suspension shop.
• Factory ride-height sensor links must be removed or transferred exactly as described in the KW instructions.
• Driver-assistance cameras and radar require recalibration after the car is lowered.
• Confirm tire-to-strut and tire-to-fender clearance with your wheel and tire package before setting final ride height.

Installation

• Vehicle-specific KW installation instructions ship in the box with the kit. KW does not publish a downloadable installation document for order number 152200AA — contact Speed Logic if you need a copy ahead of your install date.

Notes

• Fits vehicles factory-equipped with EDC. If your X3 or X4 does not have EDC, order the non-EDC application instead.
