Precision Raceworks B58 Gen 1 Upgraded Direct Injectors – BMW 340i / 440i / 540i / 740i / M240i

OVERVIEW

A two-stage direct injector upgrade for the first-generation B58, built for owners who want more fuel capacity without adding a port injection system. Stage 1 flows 14.1 g/s, about 35 percent more than stock; Stage 2 flows 17.3 g/s, about 66 percent more than stock.

Both stages are a direct fit with no harness adapters or spacers, are ethanol compatible, and use an OEM-equivalent spray pattern so idle quality, drivability and knock behaviour stay close to factory. Every injector is tested statically and dynamically for quality and set batching, and the sets carry a limited lifetime warranty.

Precision Raceworks ships the set with everything needed for the install plus detailed instructions, and makes tuning data available to your tuner. A tune is required to run these injectors.

Installation

• Installation instructions are supplied with the kit; Precision Raceworks does not publish a public install guide for this part.

Notes

• B58 Gen 1 only. The Gen 2 B58 uses a 450 bar high-pressure fuel system and takes the Precision Raceworks S58 / B58 Gen 2 High Flow Direct Injectors (201-0485).
• These replace the factory direct injectors; they are not supplemental port injection injectors.
• Confirm your engine code and generation before ordering.
• Price is for the set only; labor and tuning are not included.
