Precision Raceworks BMW Z4 E89 Billet Top Hat

OVERVIEW

The Precision Raceworks Z4 E89 billet top hat replaces the factory fuel pump lid on the N54 Z4 sDrive35i and sDrive35is. The factory lid and connectors were sized for the stock pump; the billet hat adds high-current connectors, a sealed wire pass-through and extra fuel ports so the tank can feed a single upgraded pump, a dual-pump setup or an AFS-style auxiliary circuit.

It ships with a replaceable high-flow filter and a 6 bar regulator for compatibility with the factory system, and connects to the OEM in-tank hoses. Pumps are not included.

• Anodized billet aluminum top hat with high-current electrical connectors
• Hermetically sealed wire pass-through; prevents fuel and vapor leaking along the wires and supports PWM pump control
• Up to 3 high-flow fuel ports for AFS or surge-tank configurations
• High-flow filter with replaceable USA-made microglass element; ships with a 6 micron element (10 micron optional)
• 6 bar fuel pressure regulator for factory-system compatibility
• Supports single pump (plug and play), dual pump with a single feed line and AFS-style configurations

• AFS-style configuration only: additional PTFE fuel lines, filters and a regulator — sold separately (not stocked by Speed Logic).
• Precision Raceworks E-Series Fuel Pump Lock Ring Tool (601-0045) — makes removing the factory fuel pump lock ring easier; sold separately (not stocked by Speed Logic).
