Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler 200001069 – BMW 535i (F10)

OVERVIEW

This Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler replaces the OEM unit on the F07, F10 and F11 chassis with a substantially larger stepped core. Wagner's engineers increased both core size and efficiency and redesigned the end tanks to remove the OEM bottlenecks, which raises the flow rating and improves charge cooling at the same time.

The Competition core is built for high cooling performance at low weight and is paired with cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were used to refine the internal airflow, and the result is less pressure drop than the OEM intercooler along with markedly lower intake temperatures. Every unit carries an anti-corrosion protective coating chosen for its thermal conductivity, and the kit is a straight replacement for the factory intercooler with a 100% perfect fit.
