Burger Motorsports Oil Catch Can – BMW 2/3/4 Series (G42/G43/G20/G22/G23/G26, B46/B48)

OVERVIEW

Every direct-injected turbo engine routes crankcase blow-by back into the intake, and on the G-chassis B46/B48 that vapor carries oil that ends up in the charge pipes, intercooler and on the intake valves. The BMS G-chassis oil catch can intercepts that mist inside the PCV circuit so the oil collects in the can rather than in your intake system.

Machined from solid aluminum with a triple-baffle separator and 16 mm+ fittings that outflow the stock PCV line, the can keeps the factory closed-loop PCV path intact. It tucks into a discreet location using a billet bracket and a heavy-duty silicone hose, goes in in about 10 minutes, and can be removed without trace. Drain it by spinning off the base or through the 1/8" NPT plug. Choose the standard billet base or a transparent base so you can see the oil level at a glance.
