CSF Dual-Pass Transmission Cooler – DCT / 6-Speed

OVERVIEW

CSF's dual-pass cooler was the world's first true plug-and-play transmission cooler for the E9X M3 platform. It is built with CSF's AC condenser technology around a 1-row super-high-pressure 22mm wide 11-channel microtube, giving a dual-pass core with 11 cooling tubes against the OEM's 10-tube single-pass design.

The high-density multi-louvered fin adds 20% more surface area contact than the factory unit, and the cooler lab tests around 30% more efficient than OEM. It is a drop-in fit that accepts every OEM attaching component — oil-line connections, mounting brackets and shroud/ducting. On DCT cars it serves as the transmission cooler; on 6-speed manual cars the same unit is the engine oil cooler.

Notes

• DCT cars run this unit as the transmission cooler; 6-speed manual cars run the same part as the engine oil cooler. Confirm fitment with Speed Logic if you are unsure which position applies to your car.
