Dorch HPFP Lift Kit – BMW N55

OVERVIEW

The Dorch N55 Lift Kit is a Dorch vacuum pump assembly with a higher-lift fuel pump lobe that drives a Dorch N55 high pressure fuel pump harder, adding +38% or +49% fuel flow.

It is built for Dorch's DS15 and DS25 N55 pumps and comes in PWG (pneumatic wastegate) and EWG (electronic wastegate) versions to match your engine.

SPECS

• +38% with DS15 HPFP: 700 whp max on E10, 560 whp on E85
• +49% with DS15 HPFP: 750 whp max on E10, 610 whp on E85
• +38% with DS25 HPFP: 900 whp max on E10, 720 whp on E85 (430 whp minimum power requirement)
• +49% with DS25 HPFP: 1000 whp max on E10, 800 whp on E85 (500 whp minimum; available by special request through Dorch)
• Not compatible with OEM HPFPs

Additional Parts Required

• Requires a Dorch N55 HPFP — not compatible with OEM HPFPs. See our Dorch Stage 1.5 HPFP – N55 or Dorch Stage 2.5 HPFP – N55.
• Software changes are required. Select the Dorch "Lift Kit" option in BOOTMOD3 N55 Tune or MHD Super License – N55 F-Series.
• Recommended: Dorch S63 EU5 high flow injectors — Contact Speed Logic for availability.
• A vacuum pump core is required: choose Send My Core to Dorch to ship your N55 vacuum pump to Dorch for the upgrade, or the Refundable Core Deposit (+$400) option to receive an upgraded unit first (core deposit orders may take 1–2 weeks).

• Applies to 2013 and later N55 cars with the original Bosch HPFP; 2011–2012 N55 vehicles are not compatible.
