Dorch HPFP Lift Kit – BMW S55

OVERVIEW

The Dorch S55 Lift Kit pushes considerably more fuel out of the S55's factory high pressure fuel pumps. Dorch starts with genuine BMW vacuum pump cores and installs its own cam inside the OEM assembly using proprietary tooling and validation equipment, giving a large gain in fuel flow in a simple, clean package that keeps the factory HPFPs.

Because the S55 uses some of the smallest fuel pump cams in the Bosch lineup, the extra flow comes without sacrificing the longevity or reliability of the OEM pumps. There is no cutting, no bending and no crimping, no software changes are required, and all of the stock DME's safety strategies remain in place. Dorch states it is the only HPFP upgrade that passes emissions on OEM DME mapping.

• Fuel flow, HDP5 with Dorch Lift Kit: 2.100 cc per camshaft revolution — 800+ whp on E85, with capacity to spare at that level

Additional Parts Required

• No software or additional hardware is required to run this upgrade.
• A core is required: choose the option to send your own vacuum pump core to Dorch, or the refundable core deposit option at checkout.
• Highly recommended: larger S63 EU5 injectors. The S55 fuel system is largely injector-limited, so the full benefit of this kit shows once the injectors are upgraded — Contact Speed Logic for availability.
• Optional: preset optimized maps are available — select the Dorch "Lift Kit" option in BOOTMOD3 S55 Tune or MHD Super License – S55.

• The standard N55-powered F87 M2 is not covered — only the S55-powered M2 Competition and M2 CS.
