H&R VTF Adjustable Lowering Springs – BMW M2 (F87, N55/S55) / M3 / M4 (F8x, S55)

OVERVIEW

H&R VTF Adjustable Lowering Springs give the F8x M3 / M4 and F87 M2 a tunable ride height instead of a single fixed drop. Rather than committing to one lowering figure, the installer sets the car within the range H&R publishes for each chassis, so stance and fender gap can be dialed in to the wheel and tire package.

Lowering the center of gravity reduces body roll and improves handling and chassis balance while delivering an aggressive but driveway-friendly stance. The kit works with the factory dampers, so no strut replacement is required.

H&R springs are made from a special 54SiCr6 spring steel and shot-peened to increase service life by more than 200%, so they are stronger and more durable than ordinary coil springs and will not settle or sag. All production is completed in-house, and every spring is 100% tested before it leaves the ISO9001-certified facility in Germany.

• Four-wheel alignment after installation (installer-supplied service) — required any time ride height is changed, and again if the ride height is later readjusted.
• Professional installation — H&R specifies that its springs be installed by professional suspension mechanics only.
• Spring compressor (installer-supplied tool) — required to disassemble the factory struts.
• Confirm your car’s damper configuration (Adaptive M Suspension / EDC) with Speed Logic before ordering.
