OVERVIEW
The HKS Super Turbo Muffler for the four-cylinder GR Supra 2.0 replaces the exhaust from the mid pipe back with a straight-through stainless system. There are no narrow sections in the layout, so back pressure drops, and the center silencer is deleted. HKS tuned it to give a comfortable, sporty tone while suppressing the unpleasant noise that tends to appear at everyday rpm.
It reuses the factory exhaust valve motor, so the drive-mode switching between Normal and Sport works exactly as it does with the stock muffler. Twin 110 mm tips carry HKS's slotted tail design for extra sound control. The system is certified to Japan's strict noise regulations (JARI10200019P).

TECH RESOURCES
- Required extras: none. The factory exhaust valve motor is transferred to the HKS system.
- Recommended: fresh exhaust flange gaskets and nuts, as the factory hardware is often damaged on removal.
- Installation notes: HKS does not publish a manual for this part. Raise and support the car, support the rear section, unbolt it at the mid-pipe flange, transfer the factory exhaust valve motor, then hang the HKS system on the OEM rubber mounts and align the tips before final torque. Professional installation recommended.
- Not compatible with cars fitted with the GR rear bumper spoiler.
- Lowered car? HKS measured clearance on a car with the HKS Hipermax Touring springs.
- Fitment: HKS lists the DB22 GR Supra 2.0 built May 2019 – September 2022. HKS uses a different part number (31029-AT009) for the later DB26 2.0 built from October 2022 — confirm your build date before ordering.
