Burger Motorsports JB4 Fuel Pressure Upgrade Kit – BMW B58 / S58 / B48 & Supra B58

OVERVIEW

The JB4 Fuel Pressure Upgrade Kit adds a high fuel pressure connection to a standard JB4 on the B58 Gen2, B48 and S58 platforms, giving the tuner direct control of fuel pressure and fuel trims. That is the piece that matters once you are running E85 blends or pushing past what the factory fueling strategy wants to give you.

The kit is a replacement JB4 board plus a fuel pressure connector harness that attaches to your existing JB4 harness, so the install is straightforward. If you already run a JB4PRO you do not need this kit — fuel pressure control is built into the PRO board.

• Core must be received within 45 days of receiving the upgrade kit, together with a copy of the original JB4 purchase receipt and the upgrade kit order number

Additional Parts Required

• An installed standard JB4 for your platform — B58 Gen1 & Gen2 JB4, S58 JB4 (G80 M3 / G82 G83 M4 / G87 M2), S58 JB4 (F97 X3M / F98 X4M) or the Toyota GR Supra Mk5 JB4. This kit is an upgrade to an existing JB4, not a standalone tuner.
• The correct engine option (B48, B58 Gen2 or S58) selected at checkout — the board is platform specific.
• A smartphone (iOS or Android) running the free JB4 Mobile app for map switching, live gauges and datalogging.
• A fuel appropriate to the map you select — 91/93 octane pump gas, or an ethanol blend for the E-blend maps this kit is intended to support.
• Not required if you own a JB4PRO. Do not buy this kit for a Gen1 B58.
