Precision Raceworks E60 535i / 535xi Fuel Pump – BMW N54

OVERVIEW

The Precision Raceworks E60 fuel pump replaces the factory in-tank low-pressure pump on the N54 535i, 535xi and 535i xDrive. The stock pump runs out of supply quickly once the car is tuned, upgraded turbos are fitted or ethanol is added.

Every stage is built into a new OEM-style fuel bucket that keeps the primary pump submerged at any fuel level, and ships with a new fuel sending unit and primary fuel filter. Stage 2 and 2.5v2 are true drop-ins with no wires to cut or splice. Stage 3 adds a second pump outside the bucket with an activation harness and Hobbs switch.

• Stage 2: single Walbro 450, 2.4 LPM at 72 psi, 575 whp pump gas / 500 whp 100% E85, 3.85 lb
• Stage 2.5v2: single Walbro 535, 3.1 LPM, 650 / 550 whp, 3.85 lb
• Stage 3: dual Walbro 450 hybrid (one in the bucket, one outside), 4.3 LPM, 1,000 / 850 whp, 5.2 lb
• 100% E85 compliant; flows up to 300% more than the factory pump
• No aftermarket EKP module required at any stage
• No core charge

PARTS INCLUDED

• All stages: new OEM fuel pump bucket assembly pre-assembled with the Walbro pump(s), new fuel sending unit and new primary fuel filter
• Stage 3: also includes the secondary pump activation harness and a 13 psi Hobbs switch

Required Extras

• No additional parts are required; Stage 2 and 2.5v2 drop in with no wiring changes and Stage 3 includes its activation harness and switch.
• A fuel pump lock ring tool such as the Precision Raceworks E-Series Fuel Pump Lock Ring Tool (601-0045) makes removing the factory lock ring easier; sold separately (not stocked by Speed Logic).

Notes

• Fits the N54 E60 / E61 535i, 535xi and 535i xDrive only.
• On Stage 3 the second pump mounts outside the bucket and the activation harness must be connected.
