Precision Raceworks F-Series S55 High Performance Fuel Pump

OVERVIEW

The S55 in the F80 M3, F82 / F83 M4 and F87 M2 Competition outgrows its factory low pressure pump quickly once it sees bigger turbos, E85 or port injection. The stock pump flows about 3.5 LPM, and when it falls behind the high pressure pump starves and rail pressure drops under load.

The Precision Raceworks F-Series S55 High Performance Fuel Pump keeps the genuine OEM brushless pump in a genuine OEM bucket and adds a boost-activated Walbro pump on the outside of the bucket. Stage 3 is a plug-and-play drop-in for up to 900 whp. Stage 4 and 4.5 add AN-6 PTFE feed lines, a fuel pressure regulator, return lines and an inline filter, making them a complete low pressure fuel system for 1000+ whp builds. No aftermarket EKP is needed.

• Stage 3: genuine OEM fuel pump bucket pre-assembled with the OEM brushless pump and mounted Walbro 450, fuel sending unit, plug-and-play boost reference harness and 13 psi boost reference (Hobbs) switch
• Stage 4: everything in Stage 3 plus PTFE smooth-bore AN-6 fuel feed lines, fuel pressure regulator, return lines and a new inline fuel filter
• Stage 4.5: as Stage 4, with a Walbro 525 in place of the Walbro 450

• No additional parts are required; the kit is complete as supplied (no aftermarket EKP controller needed).
