Speed Logic Aluminum Charge Pipe Kit – BMW 335i / 335i xDrive / 335is (E90 / E92 / E93, N54)

OVERVIEW

From the factory the N54's turbo outlets are restricted where they meet the turbochargers, limiting how much air can leave the turbos, and the silicone originals are prone to warping and tearing through repeated heat cycles. Speed Logic's 2" aluminum turbo outlets open that bottleneck up, letting a greater volume of air move out of the turbos while offering far better longevity than silicone. Depending on boost level the upgrade is worth anywhere from 10 to 50 wheel horsepower and torque, along with sharper throttle response and quicker spool. The outlets are TIG hand welded from T6-6061 aluminum, seal to the turbos with an O-ring and the factory V-band clamp, and are finished in black textured insulation paint for a stealth engine bay.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• None. Speed Logic supplies the coupler, clamps and O-rings needed to fit these outlets, and the factory V-band clamps are reused - inspect them and replace any that are damaged or distorted.
• A tune is recommended to realize the airflow gain: MHD Super License for N54 Engine or the JB4 Tuner for N54 BMW.

Installation

• No installation document is published for this kit. The outlets replace the factory silicone outlets at the turbos using the original V-band clamps, and our team is available to help if you have questions during the fit.

Notes

• This kit fits Left Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles only without modification.
