TiAL Sport QRJ-Series Blow-Off Valve – All Spring Rates & Colors

OVERVIEW

The QRJ is TiAL Sport's compact 41 mm blow-off valve, built around a modular design that can be set up for either atmospheric venting or recirculation depending on the flanges fitted. It flows 91 lb/min and opens from as little as 1.5 psi, which makes it the choice where a Q or QR is physically too large.

The valve is sold with its air fitting set only. Inlet and outlet flanges and the clamp are separate purchases, so plan the mounting hardware before ordering.

Additional Parts Required

• A QRJ clamp assembly plus inlet/outlet flanges. The valve ships without them. The clamp assembly (004725) with a weld or tube flange is the minimum; the 1.5 in clamp kits (004809 / 004811) bundle the clamp, a weld flange and the V-band inlet flange. All are on TiAL Sport QRJ BOV Adapters, Flanges & Clamps.
• On a charge pipe that already carries a standard TiAL Q/QR flange, use the QRJ-to-Q & QR V-band adapter flange (004781) from the same listing.
• Welding if you are using a weld flange.

Notes

• QRJ springs are not interchangeable with Q / QR springs. Replacement QRJ springs: TiAL Sport Replacement Springs.
• Universal part: fits any turbocharged application once the correct QRJ flanges are fitted.
