AWE Non-Resonated Performance Mid Pipes – BMW M2 / M3 / M4 (G8x)

OVERVIEW

Replacing the stock mid pipes with AWE's 3" Non-Resonated Performance Mid Pipes increases flow and sound and turns an AWE rear section into a full cat-back. It is a straight 3" stainless steel section that replaces the factory resonated mid section on the S58-powered G87 M2, G80 M3 and G82 M4.

This is the upgrade to make if you already run an AWE Track Edition or SwitchPath exhaust and want more sound and an even more aggressive tone. It is also what unlocks the Track Edition's 13 lb weight saving.

• Straight 3" stainless steel construction
• Non-resonated; the factory resonated mid section is removed entirely
• Compatible with AWE exhausts only; because of varying cut points, AWE does not guarantee fitment with another manufacturer's system
• When paired with an AWE rear section, that exhaust's inlet adapters are not needed
• Manufactured in-house at AWE

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• An AWE rear exhaust is required. M3 / M4: AWE Track Edition Catback Exhaust for G80 / G82 or AWE SwitchPath Catback Exhaust for G8X. M2: AWE Exhaust for BMW G87 M2.
• Installation requires cutting the factory pipe. Professional installation on a lift is recommended.

Notes

• AWE does not guarantee its G8X exhaust suite on G83 convertibles because of the additional factory bracing.
