DOC Race S58 Single Turbo Kit – BMW M2 / M3 / M4 / X3M / X4M

OVERVIEW

The DOC Race S58 single turbo kit replaces the factory twin turbos with a single large-frame Precision turbo on an in-house stainless tubular T4 twin-scroll manifold with 1.90" OD runners, capable of flowing over 1,500 hp.

This listing is the kit less turbo with the 1.25 Schedule 40 runner — you supply your own Precision turbo. Turbo-included versions, the 1.5 runner and the catch can option are available by special order; Contact Speed Logic for pricing.

• Kit less turbo — supply your own Precision (PTE) turbocharger
• 1.25 Schedule 40 (1.66") runner with high-flow cast collector
• Compatible PTE turbos per DOC Race: Next Gen 6466 (approx. 1,000 hp), 6670 / 6870 (approx. 1,100 hp), 7275 (approx. 1,200 hp), Sportsman 6870R / 7175 / 7475 (1,200–1,400 hp)
• 2 x Turbosmart 45mm GenV wastegates
• 3.5" stainless downpipe splitting to dual 3" outlets to the factory exhaust (4" with Sportsman turbo)
• 2 x 1.75" stainless dump tubes
• 2-piece 3" charge pipe, powder coated black, with engine-mounted bracket to keep it clear of the balancer
• Exhaust parts supplied polished (ceramic coating is a separate DOC Race service)

Required Additional Parts

• Precision turbocharger (required) — not included in this price.
• Tuning (required): Bootmod3 S58 Tune, MHD Super License – S58 or JB4 Tuner – S58. Speed Logic ECU Unlock Service if your DME is locked.
• Catch can (recommended — the kit blocks off the PCV): Black Market Race S58 Catch Can Kit.
• Supporting fueling sized for your power target, e.g. JB4 Fuel Pressure Upgrade Kit.

Installation

• DOC Race includes a printed installation manual with the kit.
• Wastegate vacuum lines must be routed away from exhaust heat; the wastegates may need to be clocked to do this.
