OVERVIEW

From the creators of the world's first B58 direct-injection fueling upgrades comes the 350 bar version of the wildly successful DS25 pump — another first of its kind in the aftermarket.

Internally Dorch reworked the entire pump body, spring rates and plunger depth and completely optimized the volumetric efficiency of the pump. The result is the same consistent, extremely reliable HPFP solution Dorch is known for, now running at 350 bar operating pressure for Gen 2 B58 compatibility. There is no cutting, no bending and no crimping; the kit drops straight in with full control from the DME, just like the OEM pump, and all of the safety and sophistication of the stock DME remains in place.

Beyond the pump itself, Dorch backs the kit with a lifetime warranty, 24/7 customer support from working engineers and technicians, and in-house calibration support — Dorch employs a dedicated calibration engineer who develops all HPFP files using OEM calibration tools and supports a global tuning network.

Additional Parts Required

• Software changes are required to run this pump. With BOOTMOD3 or MHD, simply tick the box for the Dorch pump upgrade when flashing (coming soon). Otherwise send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for the appropriate WinOLS implementation. We stock BOOTMOD3 for BMW B58 and BOOTMOD3 for the A90 / A91 Toyota Supra.
• ECU unlock is required before a locked B58 DME can be flashed — see our ECU Unlock Service for BMW B58 Engines.
• Higher flowing direct injection injectors are required to take advantage of the full potential of this HPFP. Without the Dorch upgraded cam lobe, Dorch recommends the OEM S58 injectors, which flow roughly 30% more than stock. Contact Speed Logic for availability.
• Optional: the Dorch +27% cam upgrade, required to reach the higher flow figures quoted in SPECS.
• An ethanol content sensor is supplied with the standard kit configuration. If your car already has one, select the correct chassis fitment and note “ECA HOSES” on the order.

• Dorch Engineering does not publish a public downloadable installation manual for this kit; instructions and support are supplied with the kit. Contact Speed Logic for installation help.
