OVERVIEW
The Racing SQV is HKS's large-capacity blow-off valve for high-power and large-displacement turbo engines. It is built around a single 51 mm valve — big enough to dump a lot of air quickly on big-turbo builds.
Most blow-off valves need their spring preload set for each car: too soft and the valve leaks boost at high pressure, too firm and it won't open at low boost. The Racing SQV uses HKS's original three-chamber, relief-less design instead. As boost rises, pressure in the chamber pushes the valve harder closed, so it stays sealed at any boost level and still opens cleanly on throttle lift. Preload is adjustable to fine-tune release timing, and HKS durability-tested the design to over a million cycles to minimize the chance of the valve sticking.
A weld-on installation flange is included. Note that it is a different size from the flange used by the Super SQV4.

TECH RESOURCES
- Required extras: the supplied flange must be welded to your charge pipe by a fabricator, and you will need hose and a boost/vacuum reference line to suit. Piping and hose are not included.
