OVERVIEW

The Variant 3 is KW's two-way adjustable coilover and the one most people actually want. Compression and rebound are on separate adjusters, so you can firm up body control without also killing rebound compliance, and ride height is continuously adjustable across the kit's range. It is the sensible step up from a spring-only kit and a large step up from the factory strut.

The stock damper is the limiting part on the G20 M340i xDrive. Factory valving is a single fixed compromise and the ride height is whatever the car left the line at. The V3 replaces the whole strut with a rebuildable, height-adjustable, damping-adjustable unit.

This listing covers the M340i xDrive (G20) specifically. Match the part number to your car's damper hardware, not just its badge: this is 352200DM, KW's Bundle for cars with factory EDC, shipping with the ESC/EDC cancellation module. Cars without EDC take 352200DK, sold as a separate listing.
