Mishimoto Performance Charge Pipe Kit – BMW N54 135i / 335i / 1M (E8x / E9x)

OVERVIEW

The charge pipe carries compressed air from the intercooler to the throttle body. On most modern turbocharged engines it is molded plastic, and it is one of the first parts to fail once boost goes above stock. The failure is usually sudden: the pipe splits or a coupler blows off, the car dumps its boost and goes into limp mode. Mishimoto replaces the plastic with mandrel-bent aluminum, silicone couplers and worm gear clamps.

This is the two-pipe kit for the twin-turbo N54. It ships complete with couplers, clamps and hardware, so only the factory sensors and diverter valves carry over from the stock assembly.

Notes

• Fits the N54 engine only. It will not fit an N55 car of the same chassis code.
