OVERVIEW

Öhlins Road & Track is a DFV (Dual Flow Valve) monotube coilover system built for street driving with a real track-day edge. Öhlins' patented DFV valving separates high- and low-speed damping forces so the car stays compliant over broken pavement while still controlling body motion hard on track. One adjuster per damper changes compression and rebound together, so there is no guesswork tuning the two independently.

Öhlins builds a dedicated kit for each BMW chassis family and for the Toyota GR Supra / BMW Z4 G29, each with its own spring rates, ride-height range and mounting hardware. All kits reuse the factory top mounts, are rebuildable, and carry Öhlins' 2-year limited warranty. Select the variant for your chassis below.

• Monotube dampers with Öhlins DFV (Dual Flow Valve) technology; inverted McPherson front struts, conventional rear shock absorbers
• Compression and rebound damping adjusted together with one adjuster per damper
• Spring preload adjuster and separate ride-height adjustment, front and rear
• Uses the original top mounts (OE fitment); rebuildable; corrosion salt-spray tested to ISO 9227; 2-year limited warranty
• BMS MU00S1 (1 / 2 / 3 / 4 Series F & G chassis, incl. xDrive): 80 N/mm front (approx. 457 lb/in), 140 N/mm rear (approx. 800 lb/in); approx. 20–30 mm lower than standard
• TOS MU00S1 (GR Supra A90 / Z4 G29): 90 N/mm front (approx. 514 lb/in), 160 N/mm rear (approx. 914 lb/in); approx. 20 mm lower than standard
• BMS MR40S1 (M2 F87 / M3 F80 / M4 F82 / F83): 90 N/mm front (approx. 514 lb/in), 190 N/mm rear (approx. 1,085 lb/in); approx. 0–25 mm lower than standard
• BMS MW10S1 (M3 / M4 G8x xDrive): 100 N/mm front (approx. 571 lb/in), 190 N/mm rear (approx. 1,085 lb/in); approx. 25 mm front / 20 mm rear lower than standard
• BMS MI01S1 (1 Series E8x / 3 Series E9x non-M, RWD): 70 N/mm front (approx. 400 lb/in), 120 N/mm rear (approx. 685 lb/in); approx. 5–20 mm front / 10–40 mm rear lower than standard
• BMS MI40S1 (M3 E90 / E92 / E93): 60 N/mm front (approx. 343 lb/in), 120 N/mm rear (approx. 685 lb/in); approx. 5–35 mm lower than standard

Additional Parts Required

• Öhlins EDC Cancellation Kit (sold separately) — required on cars with factory electronic dampers (EDC / Adaptive M Suspension): 35020-03 for BMS MU00S1 on F2x / F3x, 35020-30 for BMS MU00S1 on G2x / G42 and for TOS MU00S1, 35020-02 for BMS MR40S1, 35020-33 for BMS MW10S1. Öhlins lists 35020-04 for the E9x M3 (BMS MI40S1); contact Speed Logic for availability.
• Hybrid 3 Series (330e) with BMS MU00S1 — Öhlins recommends its higher-rate rear springs, part no. 48010-55 (sold separately, 2 required).
• A four-wheel alignment after installation is required; corner weighting is recommended for cars used on track.

• Each part number is a distinct, chassis-specific kit — select the variant for your exact chassis.
• BMS MU00S1 fits both rear-wheel-drive and xDrive F / G chassis 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 Series. BMS MW10S1 is for G8x xDrive only; rear-wheel-drive G8x M2 / M3 / M4 take the BMS MW00S1 kit.
• BMS MI01S1 is for rear-wheel-drive, non-hybrid E8x / E9x cars only. BMS MI40S1 is for the E9x M3.
