Speed Logic Cold Side J-Pipe Charge Pipe – BMW M3 / M4 / M2 Competition (F80 / F82 / F87, S55)

OVERVIEW

The J/U-pipe sits on the cold side of the intercooler, opposite the hot-side charge pipes, and like them it is plastic from the factory - which makes it just as much of a weak point once boost goes up. Swapping it for the Speed Logic lightweight aluminum J-pipe lets the turbos build additional boost without the worry of a shattered charge pipe. It is 3.0" T6-6061 aluminum with CAD/CAM 3D designed flanges, TIG hand welded and backpurged with argon, and finished in standard black with optional custom powder coating in any color you want.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• None. Speed Logic supplies the coupler, clamps and C-clip needed to fit this J-pipe in place of the factory plastic unit.
• Optional: a tune to take advantage of the added flow - MHD Super License for F-Series S55 Engine, bootmod3 S55 Tune or the JB4 Tuner for S55.

Installation

• No installation document is published for this J-pipe. It is a direct replacement for the factory cold-side pipe using the supplied coupler, clamps and C-clip, and our team is available to help if you have questions during the fit.
