OVERVIEW

The Pure750 (NEW) is a Pure Turbos turbo upgrade for the BMW N55, built on a new aftermarket housing to the OEM design for a direct-fit installation. It combines an upgraded billet compressor wheel, a high-flow turbine wheel and an upgraded heavy-duty center housing rotating assembly (CHRA). Pure Turbos rates it as 600+ whp capable, with results depending on fuel and supporting modifications.

Because the housing is new, there is no core exchange and no core deposit; your factory turbo stays with you. Offered for electronic-wastegate (EWG) cars and, by model group, pneumatic-wastegate (PWG) cars.

Additional Parts Required

• Custom ECU tune: required by Pure Turbos for engine safety and to reach the rated power. Tuning platforms we sell: MHD Super License – N55 (E-Series), MHD Super License – N55 (F-Series), Bootmod3 N55 F-Series Tune, or the Burger Motorsports JB4 (N55 E-Chassis / N55 F-Chassis).
• Turbo inlet: an upgraded inlet is strongly recommended. Pure's E-Series and F-Series silicone inlet kits are options on this listing.
• Turbo gaskets, O-rings, and oil and coolant line seals: single-use items that should be replaced during installation. They are not supplied with the turbocharger.
• Supporting fuel system: needed at higher power levels, e.g. an upgraded high-pressure fuel pump such as the Dorch Stage 2.5 HPFP Upgrade – BMW N55 or Dorch Stage 3 HPFP Upgrade – BMW N55, port injection such as the Fuel-It! / Burger Motorsports Port Injection Kit (N55 E-Chassis / N55 F-Chassis), and a flex-fuel kit for E85 blends such as the MHD FlexFuel Kit (Automatic) – BMW F-Series or MHD FlexFuel Kit (Open Wire) – Manual & E-Series N55. Installation

• Pure Turbos installation, pre-lube, break-in and core-return guide (PDF): pure-turbos-install-and-break-in-guide.pdf. Pre-lube the turbocharger through the oil inlet, idle 5–10 minutes without revving, then drive on low boost / light throttle until the car is properly tuned.
• Installation follows the factory turbocharger replacement procedure for the chassis; professional installation is recommended.

• No core exchange or core deposit is needed for this version.
• Choose the wastegate type that matches your car's factory turbo: EWG (electronic wastegate) or PWG (pneumatic wastegate). For PWG cars, pick your model group. Contact us with your VIN if you are unsure.
• Choose the inlet kit and DV/BOV option that matches your chassis: the E-Series inlet fits the 135i / 335i / 335is, the F-Series inlet fits the M235i / 335i / 435i / M2, and the M2-only valve versions are for the F87 M2.
• Pure Turbos includes a limited 1-year / unlimited-mile warranty.

• Price is for the turbocharger only; labor is not included.
• Pneumatic-wastegate (PWG) cars running above roughly 25 psi should switch to a pressure-based wastegate actuator, per Pure Turbos.
